14.12 Quality assurance

Before delivery, reconcile:

• values across code, tables, report, slides, and appendices;
• category names and definitions;
• time periods, filters, and denominators;
• forecast and scenario labels;
• recommendation claims and supporting evidence;
• figure sources and citations;
• confidentiality and disclosure review; and
• file names, links, permissions, and final versions.

One person should perform a final cross-document review rather than assuming that separate section reviews guarantee consistency.
