14.10 Delivery and questions

Professional delivery includes clear voices, purposeful pacing, readable slides, coordinated transitions, balanced participation, and direct answers. Team members should understand the complete argument rather than only their assigned section.

For questions:

• listen fully;
• clarify the question if necessary;
• answer with the strongest relevant evidence;
• distinguish known, estimated, assumed, and unknown information;
• avoid inventing an answer; and
• state how an unanswered question could be investigated.
