14.13 Professional handoff

The handoff should include the final report and presentation, data dictionary, source log, assumptions, reproducible code or auditable calculation files, usage instructions, known limitations, software requirements, and an inventory of files. Clarify which data can be retained and which must be returned or deleted.

Common mistake: Improving the narrative in the presentation without updating the report leaves the deliverables with different conclusions, values, or definitions.
